Codex Messenger: a desktop front-end over Codex

MSN Messenger-inspired desktop app for driving local Codex sessions with conversations, agents, files, sounds, statuses, mini-games and macOS/Windows packaging.

The project

Codex Messenger is a desktop front-end over Codex inspired by MSN Messenger. It turns a developer interface into a product experience with contacts, conversations, agents, files, images, voice, statuses and mini-games.

Technical angle

The interesting part is local integration. The app does not replace Codex: it detects the local environment, checks prerequisites and wraps local Codex conversations in a desktop client.

What it proves

It shows the ability to ship a complete developer product with UX, packaging, documentation, release flow and local-first constraints.
